I have this installed in my cargo trailer conversion by running it to a fuse panel and then out from there to run a diesel heater, exhaust fan with a variable speed control, security system and some usb's. The D40 wouldn't work for the variable speed control as it givs a fault when the unit starts up and runs the polarity check, it shuts down with an alarm. This can be bypassed if I pull the fuse for the variable speed fan before starting the D40 and then after it does the polarity check, I can put the fuse back in and everything runs fine. I ended up taking the variable speed fan off of thhat circuit and running that through the 12V port on the AC200L and it works fine there. Also it would be helpful if we could raise the output of the D40 from approximately 300 watts to possibly 400 do allow a bit more of a buffer for when loads like the diesel heater start up. That load alone can be upto 150 watts for about a minute when the glow plugs are on and then it settles down to about 30 watts to run but when you add theat to the other things on the D40 circuit, 300 watts is a little too low. I used to run ths same load (fuse panel with a diesel heater, exhaust fan with a variable speed control, security system and some usb's) on my AC200P using the seperate circuit and the Bluetti avaition plug to the fuse panel and had no problem but the load capacity on the AC200P was a little higher. Overall the D40 works in is good but I would like the output to be 400 watts and for some way to not have the variable speed control trigger the alarm on start up.
I love the Bluetti units, I have an AC200P, AC 200L, EB70, EB3A and my brother has also puurchased the EB3A and AC70 because of my experience with the products. I you ever would like someone to try out one of your units to give you feedback, let me know because units I own and have used, have been great. I use them of offgrid camping and a vanlife type application.
Keep up the great work.
Thanks and have a great day,
Jason Pond
