BLUETTI AC240 Portable Power Station | 2,400W 1,536Wh

I have connected the AC240 and the B210 extension battery together and have charged them by way of the house power grid . I haven't unboxed the 2 PV200 solar panels yet because I'm a little concerned that they are not waterproof so I'm not sure if I should send them back and purchase some solar panels that are waterproof or just use what we have and build a clear cover over the 2 PV200 solar panels .
Overall we are very happy with our purchase of the AC240 and B210 , we just need to figure out what is best for us regarding the choice of solar panels .

I spent a lot of money on this rig, and I’m kind of disappointed that I’m running 100 to 120 watts with the occasional spike of of a 12 V kettle that brings me up to 750 W for a couple of minutes, and this thing couldn’t keep me running for more than four hours

Actually IP65 rated! Current use case is camping/tailgating down dusty roads apparently during downpours. Power station still powers on even though its sitting in a swamp/puddle in the truck bed! Great work Bluetti!

Weight not bad! I was a little worried about the weight of the unit however I found it to be rather manageable and even easier to heft around than the B210 expansion battery.

Being able to split apart the expansion battery from base station is a great feature! I can leave expansion battery and a solar panel to run fridge at camp kitchen. Then take the power station to work with the 120AC running tools/toys/electronics. After the day is done I can rejoin the station and battery to equalize the charge between the two.

I started out ordering the wrong item!! Bluetti's customer service processed my return promptly. Literally as fast as the shipping took. I used phone and email. Phone was difficult to get through, perhaps Bluetti needs more phone lines but I was mostly able to get through on the 2/3 try. Following up with Emails is a good idea I found the email support to be much more helpful and forth coming than the phone support. I have heard some bad rumors about Bluetti's customer service but at least in my case those were just rumors! This gives me confidence in the warranties and accessories going forward for sure!

Currently no split phase option. My only gripe is that other brands are starting to offer 240v split phase option. The way these devices combine together to "double the power output" one would think they would provide split phase power but they do not!! Potentially in a firmware update but I'm not holding my breath. 240V is a nice to have for these "camping" power stations, not a real deal breaker, however I am disappointed the way it gets marketed and the appearance of the connector makes most people think this unit is capable of 240V split phase; see Hobotech's review for more information on this topic.

I have not used it yet but I should have ordered a model with more outlets.

Very impressed with the quality, finish, quietness and look. I have been bench testing the load and charging capabilities, and so far I am very happy with the results. Plan is to use this unit on our liveaboard boat for the larger power devices, such as: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, power tools etc. Having the AC240 will allow us to make breakfast with out firing up the onboard generator.
I really like the multiple simultaneous charging inputs. Although I will be installing this in a secure, dry location on the boat, having the IP65 rating gives me the peace of mind.
